Want our aftercare?
At Foster Opticians, we provide a personalised aftercare plan for hearing aids you’ve bought elsewhere, as long as they’re under 5 years old. For just £750 per year, whether you use one or two aids, you’ll receive batteries, domes, and filters, all included at no extra charge (terms and conditions apply).
If your hearing aids are over 5 years old, don’t worry! You can still get assistance. Simply schedule a hearing consultation with one of our clinical audiologists to explore your options.
Issues with Hearing Aids purchased elsewhere?
Introducing our new hearing consultation service, designed for individuals who’ve bought hearing aids from other sources or recently joined our local community and are uncertain about the condition of their aids, whether they require repairs, servicing, or both. We kindly request that you bring all relevant information about your hearing aids to this appointment. The consultation fee is £35.
Refund Policy
Your complete satisfaction with your new hearing aids is our utmost concern. In the rare event that your hearing aid(s) fail to meet your expectations or provide the desired benefits, you can return them within the specified return period. We will issue a full refund, with a deduction of our standard administrative fee of £220, which will be invoiced at this stage.
This fee covers the initial fitting of the hearing aids, follow-up appointments, trial management, and the provision of consumables such as moulds and batteries. It’s worth noting that this fee applies per customer, not per hearing aid. You will only incur this charge once, even if you decide to explore multiple hearing aids.
